When can I expect my package to be sent?

Our products are made to order and will be finished and sent within 3 days of your day of purchase.


Will I be able to track my package?

Once your order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a tracking number which will allow you to closely track the progress of your order. 

 

What shipping company do you use?

We use NZ Post for both domestic and international shipping.

 

Where in the world do you currently ship to?

We currently only ship within New Zealand. If you would like something shipped internationally, please contact (customer service email) for more information.

 

How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

RETURNS

It is very important to us that you receive the best experience. All feedback

is taken seriously and used to improve our systems wherever possible.

 

How do I return OR refund an item?

If a product needs to be returned please email us [email protected] with a description of the product and why you would like to return it.

Once we have received your email we will assess your situation and send you a confirmation email outlining the next steps. This will depend on the situation and each return will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Please send your product back to us within 10 days of receiving it.

We prefer you to send packages via Track ‘n’ Trace methods - please provide us with a tracking number once the package has been sent.

5.
Returns OR refunds will not be actioned until we receive the physical package at our studio within 30 days of Purchase - Please make sure item(s) are in perfect condition with original tags and packaging attached.

6.
Confirmation will be sent to you once the package has been received and assessed by our team. We will then action a refund, repair or swap.



When will my credit card be credited following a refund?

Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Credit will beseen on your card within 48 - 72 hours.

TAX & DUTY

Will I have to pay additional duty fees?

All import duties will be charged to the recipient by NZ Post or the local customs office directly, once the parcel reaches its destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Edit. has no control over these charges.

Do you keep customer information?

Your personal information will be kept with the strictest confidence - we only use this to provide an efficient transaction.

Is it compulsory to sign up to your mailing list?

Signing up with us is not compulsory - however it is recommended, as it will keep you up to date with new product releases and pre-order opportunities. 

How do I remove my details from your mailing list?
